Microsoft Outlook 2003

Greetings,

I need your help in finding a solution for the following minor problem I am having with attachments.

Whenever I attach a file, Outlook automatically attaches the file into the body of the message instead of placing it in the attachments section where it should be. Although the receiver does receive the attachment, it makes all our emails look unprofessional. I could not find a solution and it is essential to fix this issue.

Your kind assistance would be greatly appreciated.
