Microsoft Outlook

My problem is that my Microsoft Outlook program will not load at all. I have tried uninstalling office 2000
and reinstalling a couple of times already but the problem persists. I have also run a complete virus scan.The system has a Duron 750, 128MBram,Tyan motherboard, ATi Rage Fury Pro 32MB,
and an Aopen sound card.Any help would be appreciated.
