Microsoft Storage Server 2003 R2 and PST’s

We have just moved our file servers over to Microsoft Storage Server 2003 R2. There are Main File servers using this platform. Each server has 10TB in its arrays. There is a primary file server and this replicates across to the Secondary Server. Everthing is working well except that our Users are experiencing issues around their PST’s these are housed on the Primary File server in their Home Directory.

It keeps refusing to let them access the file through Outlook.

We are a Citrix site but this issue also appears on the few thick clients as well.

Does anyone know of issues surrounding Microsoft Storage Server 2003 R2 and PST files.
