Microsoft Web Access 2003 – batch saving or exporting?

I just graduated and my school is about to close my access to my Microsoft Web Access account. I have thousands of emails that I want to save. The web administrator at my school said the only way I can save them is by opening each one and copying the text into a document, or by individually forwarding each email to a new account. There has got to be a better way! Is there any software or plug-in or something I can use to save or export all my Microsoft Outlook Web Access emails at once?
