Missing Attachments in OE

My user gets e-mail that don’t appear to have attachments, but when she forwards them to another user, the attachments appear. She gets e-mail with attachments regularly, but every once in a while she gets a message that the sender says has attachments, and on another computer, the same message DOES show them.
