missing dll file to sys info.

I click on start, programs, accessories, and system information, usinging windows 98se. I get an error message that “MFC42U.DLL” is missing, but I find this file in both my c:\drive and d:\drive. The version is 4.21.0.7022. I have even downloading the file, and I still get the message. Thanks for any help.
