MOBO asrock p4v88+. cpu host frequency question

hello all. i just put together my first pc and i have a newbie question to ask

i have an asrock p4v88+ mobo w/p4 2.4ghz
in bios, under CPU host frequency/actual cpu frequency…its set to 100mhz. should this not be @2.4ghz…can i raise it or leave it alone. & is the cpu frequency FSB??
