MODEM AND SOUND LOST-upgradingw2k

I recently upgraded ny win me compaq presario laptop to w2k. I lost both the sound and modem use. I cannot find the drivers. I beleive its a conexant hsf mini modem, not sure of the audio. Everything else works fine.
