mov/avi to DVD?

Does anyone know of a simple, professional DVD burner that does not distort from AVI to DVD?

I’m trying to put my animation onto a DVD.
I need to find the best program a.k.a. the highest quality conversion. My animation is in .MOV format and I found an excellent program called RAD tools to convert it into .AVI, but I can’t find a high quality DVD converter/burner that doesn’t have an ugly required menu, help?
