Moving a local user profile to a domain user profile using moveuser.exe

i want to move a local user profile to a domain users profile by using moveuser.exe utility.
I’ve tried it but when trying i get :
Moving profile from FILESERVER\locuser to rajhifood\c…

Move failed.

Error 1316
The specified user already exists.

note:
locuser: the local user
c: domain user

plz i need someone to help me
