Moving Favorites folder from Win2k to Vista

I’ll be migrating the office from Win2k to Vista in the near future.
I have most things ironed out, but one thing that I havent been able to move when I’m testing is the Favorites folder on the users’s win2k machines.
Any tips on how to move the Favorites from win2k to Vista?
