MP4

Hi, I purchased the full version of NERO in December 2006.
I have had trouble installing a short video onto ipod through itunes. I have been told the file must be converted to MP4 for this proceedure to work.
Does the 2006 NERO have the caperbility of this conversion?
Thankyou,
George York
