MS ACCESS help

we are using a big MS Access table known as freight table which has all the fields like Origin, destn, ship date, paid date, paid amt, trans amount, consignee, client, mode, carrier etc. All the fields are linked to the transaction that took place. Transaction fields are origin and destination. for example- paid amt is for that particular transaction.

so in this case, How should i divide this big table(which has 20 fields) into two or three small tables. any ideas? please help.
