ms exchange/ms outlook

ms outlook which is the email client drops data from time to time. it only happens to several individuals, granted that we can do a restore it still does not resolve the issue with the data dropping and it only affects the calendar/appoinmtents portion of Outlook. if there is someone who had a run in with a similar problem please feel free to email me. thank you.
