MS Word Office 2003 Envelope Formating Problems

When printing envelopes the format changes from one instance of Word to the next. The first couple of envelopes print correctly. If MS Word is closed and reopened at a later time, all settings checked attain and it all settings are showing to be correct (shows that the Delivery Address will print in the Center of the envelope, when it actually prints, it is in the top center of the envelope. I have checked all settings and installed all updates for MS Word and Printer, but nothing is working. Any suggestions out there would be greatly appreciated.
