MSoffice sending to mail recipient

Hi,

I have a user that has an outlook 2002 account setup and is able to connect to the Internet. How ever when this person goes to use say Word or Excel to send a file to a mail recipient as an attachment or other the internet connection wizard comes up. This has already been configured for the whole office. It only happened the other day and was able to use this feature before. Do you possibly know what it could be?
