Need a free web hosting solution

I need a quick solution to personal web hosting…

I am looking for a cheap/free web hosting service that is not too obstusive and supports Front Page 98 server extensions.

My wife has a personal web site design as a graded assigment for a college course, and our current ISP does not support FP server extensions.

Requirements;
1) support for FP extensions
2) free/cheap
3) easy/quick sign up
4) minimal/lack of adds
5) min 9mb allowance
6) short term solution

We only really need this for the next two weeks, until the site has been graded.

What I need is info on a service that is KNOWN to meet the criteria – points will NOT be given to a list of sites found from a search engine.

Easy question, lot’s of points. Best response by end of day will get the points.
