Need a Web to Host Product Review

I’ve been charged to come up with a short list of Web to Host products — such as Attachmate, and IBM Host on Demand.

Is there a nice summary evaluation of these out there for a modest price? eWeek has one from 2/24/1999 which is a little dated.
