Need help…Unable to login into pc

Hi frnds,

I have a couple of ques…

1)IN my office recenlty we found one frequent error saying that ” Domain Controller is not availble or user account might not found in AD — contact your system admin ” while logining

once we dicjoined it from domain and rejoined it is wokring fine.But could be some sort of solution right? why it is happening recently…? any help me in this way.

and another Ques is my GP is not allowing to chnage the password once it expired again user has to change the password with help of admin.

it could be happend like tht..Would be glad for any help on regarding this.
