Need Hyperlink Help.. Access 97 :(

I am having trouble linking my table rows to a form by hyperlink. I’ll give the layout to help clarify. I have a table let’s say Company Jobs. The Table has Columns “Job#” “Date” and “Preformed by”. I was hoping that i could create the “Job #” column in a hyperlink format. Then by clicking on this would upload the row into my form. Have been unsuccessful so far. Also am curious how i can make sure these hyperlinks are working properly when new records are created through the form. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
