Need Post SP1 hotfix (not full SP2)

Does anyone know of a source for downloading Win2K post-sp1 hotfixes since the release of SP2? I applied SP2 to fix one problem with hanging on boot, and SP2 causes it to hang worse. I only want to apply the hotfix for my specific problem. Microsoft refers to it in a knowledge base article, but it’s no longer available from their site (that I can find).
