Need to link a cell in Excel to an Access database

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I have data being inputed via DDE to certain cells (I am creating a production data form that requires RSLINX for the data). I want to take different cells and populate a new record in a database. Say for example: B2,D16,F21,E6 in that order to be sent to a database everyday whenever a command button is pushed. The command button is programmed in VBA, and I would like to program the transfer via VBA. Also the database is on an ethernet network. Excel, and data is on a client PC. (I don’t know if that is relavent, but I thought I better throw it out there.) Database is an Access database already in use. Records are being manually populated, I am looking to automate the process. Thanks for any help you can offer.
