Nero 8.0 in XP

I have had a problem with Nero 7.9.60 and, after consultation was directed to 7.10.1.0

The problem is that on resuming from Hibernate
tmy ADSL connection is broken. Nero offered a fix but it doesn’t work.

I have repeatedly asked if their latest version 8.0 has resolved this difficulty and cannot get a reply from them. Can anyone advise, please
