Network Engineer – Nortel TAC Support

Am looking for a change in my career, since I am working in shift timings my health is totally spoiled. Now am working as a Network Engineer for Nortel TAC support. I have a good knowledge in software and specially in OOPS & Java. But now I am totally confused to choose a field. Please let me know what should I carry on with.
