I am a Network Administrator in Nirma Institute of Technology. We have a Windows NT Server and a dotmatrix printer is attached with it. The printer is shared. Previously, we were able to print from server and client. But before few days it has started giving message when I am giving print command that “Network Name is not found “.Rightnow it can print from PC-DOS Mode But not from Windows NT. Its Parellel port device is also started in control panel. I am not able to understand where is it going to search for NETWORK NAME. Please help me in this regard.
