No POST

Friend of mine – their psu burned out, and it seems it has taken more with it. I replaced the psu, it is now spinning away fine, as is the cpu fan, now have green LED on front of PC, but nothing else! Nothing. Blank screen, no POST beep, no C:\ spinning, nothing.

What should I try first?
