Hi, i have a issue with my grandma’s computer, it had a issue with graphics a little while ago, where the screen would go all liney.. and the local computer store told me that the graphic card was on the way out.. so i purchased a agp graphic card.. but when i came back to put it in, the computer had been turned off, and when I turned it on, there was no video going to the monitor. So i tested the monitor cable with my laptop, and it worked fine, pluged it back in, and nothing.. so I plugged in the new graphic card and tried that.. nothing happened. I purchased a motherboard from ebay, from a online store, they said it was working fine, so, i put it in today, and the same thing happened. I thought, well maybe one of the ddr ram sticks were dead, so i removed 1, still nothing, so i removed the other, thinking that it might come up with some sort of memory error at least, but still nothing. I then put the graphic card in… nothing.. i got a 2nd cpu with the new mobo, so i tested it as well, in both boards, only to get nothing still. This is becoming extremely frustrating.
