Non-hosted support tool with chat and remote control sessions

The functionality of chat and remote control sessions that allow simultaneous remote control make GoToAssist an almost no-brainer for improving first level resolution and customer sat for my service desk. The security hangup is that it is hosted OUTSIDE my company.

Can anyone provide a source of a NON-HOSTED solution with the same/similar functionality? Thanks.
