Every Time I Copy My HD To A Larger One And Remove The Original And Replace It With The Copied One, It Hangs On The “Windows Is Starting Up” Screen,Right Before The User Accounts Screen Appears. What Can Cause This, And How Do I Fix It? I’m Running WinXP PRO.
