Norton Ghost — Local System Policy

I am running Win2K client and I just installed Norton Ghost 7.0. Upon install I changed the Ghost username and password to my domain username and password in error. I am no longer able to log into the doamin from this pc. I can log into it using local admin account and doamin admin account, just not my own. Symantec’s website states the problem I am having and offers this solution: login to pc with another domain admin account. Edit the login properties for hosed login account. I tried control panel/users to edit but no avail there. Is there any other way to edit an account’s properties? The messages I get when attempting to sign in is: The local system policy prohibits you from signing in. Help!
