Norton ghost spyware?

I was running etherial sniffer and found that my Norton Ghost server was connecting to the following address 224.77.143.252 with outbound UDP traffic to port 7777. Whats with this? Is Norton uploading info from just the system being ghosted or are they collecting general network info?
