Novell 6.5 SP8, all postoffice boxes return recipient unknown

So I get to work yesterday and no email is coming in or going out of my network (internal is fine). restarted server, didn’t fix the issue. Restarted GWIA, MTA, POA, nothing. rebuilt the domain, and the database, with no results. Does anyone know what I may have missed?
