NT 4 BDC lost SID

Background: I created a contained network to configure a couple of new servers for a client, which inclueded the PDC and two BDC/app servers. The PDC was setup so I could config the BDCs offsite. Once I installed the two new servers I had netlogonevent issuss, messages about the wrong SID, and failure to sync the BDC to the true PDC.

Question: How do I fix this?
