Office 2003 crashes – word, excel etc.

Hi,

I have a problem with MS Word 2003, excel. Whenever i open up a document and after working 5 mins into it – comes up with an error that says MS WORD has encountered a problem and needs to be shutdown. When I click on the error report it shows this
