Office XP EULA Wont Go Away!

I installed Office XP on a Windows 2000 Pro machine and now every time I open an Office program, the EULA comes up and requires me to click Accept. Does anyone know of a way to stop this from happening without un-installing and re-installing?

Already tried re-installing over the existing installation.
