Office Xp SP1 Good or Bad ?

Seeing as I can’t find an Office XP section I’ll ask it here…
How many of you have implemented Office XP service Pack 1, do you think it causes as many problems as it fixes?
I’m looking for a recommendation for a client based on someone who has implemented SP and their experiences.
