open mdi on restricted pc with outlook web access

We have a locked down pc in our warehouse department, they need to open and view a .mdi (microsoft doc image) they have no access to right click menu or disk write. This has to remain that way. Is there a way to display the mdi in outlook web access like a jpg or a bmp would?
