OS problem

i just wanna ask why i cant install my windows xp on my new motherboard from elitegroup computer systems with a chip set of VIA VT8751/A ProSavageDDR P4M266/A?
it always goes to the “blue screen” with a “STOP:” note and displays a driver “ntdll.dll”..i need a quick solution..please..urgent answers needed..
