Outer joins in PostgreSQL

Hello All,

We’re about to implement a timesheet application that’s web-based and uses python scripts to access data from a PostgreSQL v6.5 database. From what I’ve read, it’s a great database for being free, but I just can’t figure out how to doan outer join of two tables.
