Outlook 2000 Auto complete e-mail adresses

I have Outlook 2000 on my home computer and on my work computer. When I am at work, my Outlook guesses the address that I am starting to write and it saves me a lot of time. My Outlook at home does not do this and the help section does not even recognize the question. I have looked for answers on the internet with no luck. Does anyone know how I can set my settings to autocomplete the e-mail addresses?
I am running windows XP on both.
