Outlook 2000 – Pst recovery utilities

Any one know where to get a good recovery utilities for Outlkook pst file?

A user hard drive crashed. After recovered the data sucessfully, found that the 1.6G. pst file cannot fully recovered. I tried to use Scanpst.exe. Still not fully recovered.
