Outlook 2002/xp rules wizard
I have been able to create a verity of different rules for my incoming mail however; I seem to have a problem with my Tech Republic Tech-mail subscriptions.
Typically I make the rules base on the senders address. This method didn?t work with Tech Republic subscriptions so I tried setting rules based on words in the body i.e. (Windows 95/98 Newsletter or Windows NT Newsletter). This worked only on the email I had opened. The rule did not get applied on incomingmail after that. Below is an example of how my rules are setup.
Apply this rule after message arrives with Windows 95/98 Newsletter in the body
Move it to the Windows 95/98 folder
*I then check the options
?Run this rule now on messages already in ?Inbox?
?Turn on this rule
*What am I doing wrong, see any problems?
