outlook 2003 archive recovery

I was trying to archive my old emails in Outlook and received an error message. Now about half of the emails I was archiving are missing. Some messages were left in the old folder, some were put in the new folder. Is there any way to recover the missing email?

I tried to use the inbox repair tool but it also gives me an error message. I ran scandisk and it said my disk is fine but I still received the same message in inbox repair tool.
