Outlook 2003 calendar issue

We have a user that has an issue while creating events on the Outlook 2003 calendar. Everytime she creates and saves the event, no matter what date she schedules the meeting for, it will always place the meeting on today’s date. She is the only one in the organization that has this issue.

I’ve tried reinstalling the whole office suite, and I’ve looked her mailbox settings over and over with nothing that looks out of the ordinary. Does anyone have any clues as to how to fix this?
