Outlook 2003 – Moving Contacts to PST

Anyone had any expierence with Outlook 2003 and migrating the contacts from Win9x-2K to Windows XP running Office 2K3?

The users outlook account originated in Office2000, and now when loading her profile on a WinXP-Office 2003 machine, the profile loads fine and all her email is piped down, but when selecting all the contacts and either doing a “MOVE” or Copy to folder, all outlook does is opens a new email with all the Contacts in the TO: box. Any Ideas?

I’ve tried the option of creating the PST in ANSI(which is only supported by the earlier versions of Office). And the “new” Unicode version of PST to see if that was the problem, and still get the same thing…
