Outlook 2007 spelling problem

What the heck is going on with Outlook? Bill Gates is French now? Not even a option to use the US ENglish Dictionary, Oh yeh Grammer too. New I should of took french instead of spanish in high school. Anyone know of a fix? Microsoft claims to be aware of the problem but has yet to come out with a remedy. I have the retail “Standard” version of MS Office 2007 and XP Pro OS.
