Outlook 2K3 configuration

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro, SP2. Everymorning I reboot my machine and always open Outlook first.

I open Outlook calender and Outlook Contacts in their own windows for convenience.

Each time I start Outlook it automatically launches either the calender or contacts in it’s own window as soon as I open Outlook.

My question is this: Is there a configuration item somewhere that I can turn this off and on or modify it?
