Outlook 97 and user pst and pab

I have a user who was recieving an error message at outlook start up. We just upgraded to exchange server 5.5 so I was ready with MS FAQS to help users. She had alot of stuff saved in her personal folder and did not say any thing about this until I had added a new profile for her. I have a support question into MS about this but I thought it might get more help here. I still have the first pst and pab files on the drive.
