Outlook 97 PST file too big

Hi,

I am currently using Outlook 97 and my pst file is getting too big. I Have deleted everything in my deleted folder and auto archive is on. I’ve also tested the file size by checking the original file (500mb) and then deleting some mails withlarge files, but the pst file still remains the same.

If you have faced or fix the problem before, please let me know how to fix it.
