Outlook Calendar + Mobile 5.0

Is there software available or a tech fix for Mobile 5.0 Outlook Calendar to fix the time zone change problem that syncs the time on the smart phones with the local time zone, but also resets the calendar times, which throws appointment times way out of sync

We travel all over the world, so this is a huge problem.

I know the easy fix is to simply toggle off the time sync, but is there another solution?
